1. Service Scope

Hades ModShop provides software modification services only. We do not sell or distribute copyrighted software or games.

2. Liability

While we use the safest methods available, all modifications are performed at the owner's risk. Hades ModShop is not liable for hardware damaged during transit to our facility.

3. Abandonment

Items left without payment for return shipping for over 90 days will be considered abandoned.
